Maydien
Maydien is a Dutch vocalist who combines the styles Neo-Soul, HipHop, Chill and R&B into a fresh new hybrid. Leaving a musical trace in The Netherlands, Maydien’s biggest dream is to travel with his music and that became his main focus. Signing projects with Parisian label Roche Musique, touring through Europe and Asia and being credited by platforms such as BBC Radio, Complex, Hypebeast, Mass Appeal and more, are just some of the achievements that came along the way while chasing that dream.
He loves to connect with people. Sharing relatable stories and topics, combined with mostly warm and feel good sounds, makes his music easy to like and appreciate. As a live performer, Maydien gained a lot of experience being an opening act for artists such as Anderson .Paak, Jay Z, Frank Ocean, Mick Jenkins, FKJ, Snoop Dogg, Bilal and more.
In March 2023 Maydien released his debut album called both ‘Life is so balanced, even when we are not’. The album contains featurings such as Jarreau Vandal, Wantigga, DJ Waxfiend, LYMA and more and is mostly produced by Mitchell Yard.
